【動手做】Onion + Tuna Omelette

類似之前做過的 Onion Omelette,本次的 omelette 是加了鮪魚的改良版。
20070618 omelette本次的材料有:
蛋    兩顆 (2 eggs)
中型洋蔥 一顆 (1 medium size onion)
鮪魚罐頭 一罐 (1 tin of tuna)
少許的麵粉及水 (some flour and a little bit of water)

作法跟煎蛋一樣地簡單:
1將蛋跟麵粉及水充分地攪拌均勻後,加入鮪魚罐頭慢慢地拌勻,最後加入一點點的酒去腥味
2將洋蔥切成條狀,不為什麼,只是為了多加點花樣而已
3在鍋中倒入一點點地油之後,先將洋蔥鋪在鍋子上,然後再將步驟1的蛋液倒入
4用中小火慢慢地烘烤至兩面都焦黃為止,就可以上桌囉

Making this omelette is as easy as to make a toast… ^_^
1. Mix evenly the eggs, flour and water first, and then add the tine of tuna. Continue stirring till everything is mixed thoroughly. Personally I prefer adding a little bit white wine to make the flavor
2. Cut onion in to shred only to make it different
3. Put sufficient olive oil into warm pan, and then spread evenly onion shreds on the bottom before puring Step 1
4. Bake slowly with medium to low fire. The omelette is ready (about 5-8 minutes) when both sides are nicely browned!
