First of all let’s see what we found in one afternoon.
首先就來看看我們週末上山採野生香菇的成果吧!
S and I went back to his hometown for the weekend. Apart from seeing the family, we have a hidden agenda – look for wild mushrooms in the mountains. I was extremely excited because first, I like those Italian foods made with mushrooms and I wanted to find . Second I remembered how happy when finding coincidentally some at the end of our summer vacation.

雖然我們口頭上是說,為了看家人才回到S的老家,但我們其實是另有計畫的。是的,我們是為了要上山採香菇才決定要在週五晚上開車回家的!我光是想到要在山上採香菇就很興奮,原因其實也很簡單,因為我愛吃香菇,所以更想要自己找到香菇呀!還有,在八月底假期結束之前,我們偶然在山上發現可以做成美味佳餚的香菇,那興奮之情讓我更下定決心,要在初秋時上山採野菇!

Unfortunately we couldn’t find many because there had been many people during the week and the ground was drying after 2-3 windy days. Nevertheless we still found some delicious ones at unexpected areas.

不過這週末並不是採野菇的最佳時間,一方面是因為在平日,已經有很多在地人上山採菇,再加上這週都沒有下雨,山上的風一吹,使得香菇得以維生的水份、濕度大幅減少,因此能夠採的香菇少很多。不過,在熟悉山區的S姨跟S舅的帶領之下,我們仍在一些樹林間發現才冒出的香菇們。
通常越是色澤鮮艷的香菇,就越是有毒! 當然看到有不明斑點的香菇,也最好是不要碰呀! |
Of course not all the wild mushrooms are edible. We also found some beautiful but deadly poisonous ones. Having a mushroom guide book, I still cannot identify all of them. Therefore if you’d like to do the same, please be sure you consult experts before cutting them.
在尋菇的過程當中,當然少不了發現一堆不能食用或是含有劇毒的野生香菇。我們還意外地看到了跑出來曬太陽的毒蛇,因此,除了必要的打草驚蛇外,最好還是跟對野生香菇有一定知識的人一同前往採菇,才能夠避免把毒菇當美食的錯誤唷!
