Butterfly is such a beautiful creature and people are charmed immediately by its beauty and gracefulness.

Having lived for many years in city, I barely can remember when was the last time I saw butterflies before moving to Italy. Sounds strange but I have to admit that last summer when I saw them flying around in the garden, I was amazed more by their existence than by their beauty. I was so excited like a kid who just found something for the first time of her life!

The nature really treated me well because this summer she sent other butterflies to accompany me. Usually they are sensitive and alert and escape quickly when human being get closed to them. But this time they stay there and pose for me and my camera! Guess they knew my ignorance of butterflies and would like to help me understand more.

Looking at them I realize what they can bring to this earth is not only the sense of beauty but also the peace. For this I promise that I would do everything to protect them from disappear.
