【饞嘴分享】士東市場阿吉師 (上) Delicious Sushi “A Ji Shi” (I)

士東市場 阿吉師 (1)One good thing about Taiwan is that you can find food stands easily (literally everywhere) and most of them sell delicious snacks with decent and affordable price. Personally I consider these snacks are Taiwanese gourmet that I intended to show S when we visited Taiwan in January. But since S is relative conservative in trying those, we ended up without having any. This time I came back alone, I decided to try those snacks I’ve missed a lot; one of them is "A Ji Shi", a sushi and sashimi booth inside a traditional market.

上回帶S回台灣,我其實很想帶著他到處嚐試台灣的美食,也就是台灣的小吃。但可惜的是,S這個保守的歐洲人,對於在首次到訪的國度及路邊烹煮的食物,除了好奇之外,沒有一絲一毫想要品嘗的衝動。思思念念台灣美食的我,也就看到路邊攤時升起的嘴饞,硬生生地壓抑住,雖不至於埋怨自己的男友,但多多少少覺得『沒吃到真可惜』。這趟自己回台灣辦簽證,把思念的小吃都一併吃遍,還要拉著好友去溫習一下久違的『阿吉師』!

Sushi, or Japanese cuisine in general, has behaved like a strong fashion wave hitting European continental in recent years. In Netherlands, you can find easily "Sushi kits" for making sushi roll at home while in Italy, especially in Milan, you can find sushi restaurant almost everywhere. I didn’t mean to criticize but the real delicious sushi in my mind is those made by "A Ji Shi". It is the flavor of balance: seafoods are fresh and the percentage of rice and vinegar is perfect. Before showing the pictures of those delicious nigirisushi, let’s take a look at "side dishes".

日式美食在這兩三年來,似乎像是一股時尚美食的浪潮般,襲擊著歐洲大陸。在荷蘭,妳可以發現在荷蘭本土的超市裡,正販賣賣著做花壽司的材料,竹簾、壽司米、海苔等,一應俱全。到了米蘭,姑且不說是中國人還是日本人開的,但事實是,四處都可以看到日式極簡裝潢、販賣著握壽司的餐廳,而且每間餐廳的生意都還可以。我雖然不是很挑嘴的人,但總覺得,我心中那真正美味的握壽司,還是非『阿吉師』不可。除了新鮮的魚貨之外,還有味道均衡的醋飯,總而言之,就是令人難以忘懷。在正式進會讓人流口水的握壽司照片之前,先來看看讓這些握壽司美味加倍的配件吧!
